Plastic Ear Backs

How many times have you lost an earring because you forgot to wear a tiny plastic ear back?  Of course this never happens when the earring is designed with a lever back clasp but if, like many other earrings are designed with a french hook wire there is always that possibility of the earring falling out.  Using the telephone, playing sports, moving your hair just wrong or simply taking off a coat of sweater can cause an earring to fall out and be gone or damaged for ever.
